Russell Levy Controller

Russell Levy serves as Controller at RAS, bringing more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and operations. His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and process improvement. He brings a practical, business-focused approach to strengthening financial operations and providing leadership with clear, reliable information to support informed decisions.

Before joining RAS, Russell held controller and senior finance positions across technology, real estate, construction, and professional services, including Corporate Controller at CarePredict and Vice President of Finance at Bidtellect. His background also includes public accounting and consulting, with extensive experience overseeing audits, developing accounting policies, and preparing financial reports for executives, boards, and investors.

Russell earned his Bachelor of Accounting Science and Honors Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa.
